#REDIRECT [[Target Page]]

Put that as the content of the page you want to be redirected from (hit the 'edit' button, top right). Next time someone navigates to that page they will instead be taken to whatever you put for "target page".

e.g. if you want the page 'Worst Game Ever' to redirect to 'Halo 2', you go to the page 'Worst Game Ever', hit 'edit' and put #REDIRECT [[Halo 2]] and then hit save.

Job done.
