Pre-order skulls starting to appear...

For UK users, I've found the following so far:

Amazon - Piņata skull - Enemies will drop a plasma grenade with every melee.
ShopTo - Bonded Pair skull - A co-op only skull which gives a 100% damage boost for 60 seconds if your co-op partner dies.

On the 'Bonded Pair' description, it also says that it's only exclusive until 12/12/2014 so I wonder if maybe they'll become DLC unlockables for everyone after that date.

I looked at GAME UK and Play.com but it doesn't say anything on their sites. I'd expect GAME to get something as they usually do.
