I know you are a fair guy any I understand you are trying to create a more level playing field but is it really worth it?

Surely 343i already has a list of these?

Is informing more people about the glitches levelling the playing field or is it more likely to grief the players who never become informed of them.

Maybe in the end it doesn't matter. I have a strong feeling many players will play MCC MM for a few months and then say, "ho hum, been there done that, Halo is dead" then move on.
