I think it's a big hint with Locke being on the Guardians cover and in a way that makes him seem the more dominant of the two. Kinda thinking that it's more of his story than the Chief's, much like Halo 2 was with Thel. I wouldn't mind it if he's playable or not as long as he's a good character.

The "Marlowe" rumors for Nightfall from a couple weeks ago have been confirmed too, however, the character has since been renamed Locke. So it looks like Mike Colter might be in Guardians as well. Between Forward Unto Dawn and Halo 4, Tom Lasky had some 4 to 6 separate acting, voice, facial, and motion capture talents. Would be better if they narrowed it down to one.
