I doubt we'll ever know the real story behind this. I think it's pretty clear something happened between Bungie and Marty that the public hasn't heard wind of. With this lawsuit and the possibility of others, I'd be shocked if anyone commented on it. While I love Marty's music and his contribution to the Halo series, I have no idea what kind of person or employee he is. There's just no way of knowing who's really the bad guy here, and that's assuming the unlikely scenario where one of them actually has clean hands. In all likelihood, both parties contributed in some way.
