I'm sure Microsoft has a number of armor suits ready for use for promotional reasons. If they don't have them anymore, I'd imagine they sold/gave them to people in their circle (employees, friends of employees, etc.) before they sold them to the public.

All assuming that is Microsoft owned armor.
