I will buy the game, Bungie hasn't made a bad game-I am going to assume that they will make up for the lack of blood with some other cool feature. However, even if the political aspect does not necessarily apply (Though I wouldn't be suprised if Take Two's acquisition had something to do with it). I am talking about games as a whole, and the politics behind them. I would like to know whether, an update to Oni might include an option for blood. From screenshots some of the blood looked unrealistic, as well as unecessary, but I have never heard of any FPS, or Third-Person game that totally removed the blood because it didn't work-Even if it looked terrible they had it, or at least had it as an option. I think it would be in the best interest with realism to at least offer a future update-perhaps an optional one that would add the blood (even if it's not perfect) so we can decide for ourselves whether we want it or not-or perhaps offer a how-to to some third-party that could attempt to tackle the problem from a different perspective that may end up far more effective...just some ideas...don't mean to cut anyone's throat on this one-im still planning to buy the game, but it touts itself on realism-the levels are amazing, the people very well modeled-but no blood? Not only is this moving away from anime (nearly all action animes have blood), but it kills the aspect of the realism and the feel of an 'anime'. It could just be me. But Bungie can count on me buying a copy-all my games are getting boring anyways...
