Blood as it was in Oni was very overdone, where the floor would be literally "painted" in blood, it looked like Konoko was fighting hundreds of people yet the shots showed her in a fight with maybe 1 or 2 other characters. Maybe the flashes and blood didn't work very well together, who knows. Maybe it bogged down a compute too much to have the extra blood particles, who knows. This discussion is just like the lack of multiplayer discussion where people jump to conclusions that "this game will suck" because I can't beat the crap out of other people. -Harry P.S. I've played many games that have no blood, which I enjoyed because of the gameplay, not because I could see guts or blood squirting. Mortal Kombat was utter crap because the developers paid more attention to making it gory and adding gory fatalities, rather than working on gameplay and giving all the characters the same bloody kicks and punches.
