It might be cheaper to do two CDs than 1 DVD, but it's still odd.

I think that means true analog control where Konoko moves at speeds proportional to how far you move the stick, rather than digital control using the analog stick like many games.

Smells of mock-up to me. It seems to have all possible PS2 game descriptors on the back. The screenshots are old. There are no rating details. Rockstar must have made it up and sent it around. I'd expect the actual packaging to be similar.
