The irony doesn't escape me that I actually got into Halo first. I hadn't even heard of Bungie until late 2002 when my cousin showed me Halo - and my God, I loved it. When I made my own belated purchase of HPC in February 2004, I joined Bungie.net and created a community Chapter (basically a separate social group), where we discussed Halo's story in-depth and came up with interesting theories.
But it wasn't until late 2004 when I became aware of the spectacle that is Myth. Since then I've become infatuated with it's storyline and music, moreso than Halo.
