Hmm. It's interesting you should mention that. In the GURPS Myth campaign I'm running, I've been toying with the idea of including Bhiel as one of the 'dark gods' the Ghols worship. Mainly through the elemental connection- Bhiel is daughter of flood and famine, the famine connection comnes in in that the Ghols seek to "devour the Dwarves from existence", Ghol priests use the savage wind dream...
It's not a watertight theory, by any means, but it makes for fun roleplaying possibilities. ;)
