I concidered dreams something you can LEARN while normal arcane magic is something that is innate... if you had to actually physically find dreams onnly one person would have it a time but since they are widespread they must be a sort of knowledge...
like the way a Wizard in D&D learns spells compared to a Sorcerer...
in my myth d20 conversion im trying to get dreams to take the place of clerical spells because the dreams were made by wyrd who is a God and thus they would be clerical spells...
