How do we know that the Baron is "low-power"? Because he's fat? Or is his accent the tip-off?

And, we don't know how dreams work. It could be that they take ages to find, but who knows, maybe after they're found, they're relatively easy to master. Perhaps that's why they're protected and hoarded so eagerly by those who've found them.
