I reorganized that situation due to some... unmentionables... back around the time M3 was announced or so, I think. Shortly thereafter I had to go, and gave the whole thing over to Zan and Ghols etc, who are busy working on it whenever they have a free moment. You should realize that the Relics and Legends sections are intended to be primarily user-driven. Just because most of them up there are written by me or other past or present admins doesn't mean only admins can write them... just that most people who write them wind up being admins. If you've got free time and can write decently well, feel free to put together any of those Coming Soon sections you feel like.
