Today, as I was testing Balor II and Avatara conversions on "Relic" using Phelot, Soulblighter, and Shiver as well, I noticed several similarities between Shiver and Phelot. They move in the same fashion, they both cannot cross water without a bridge, they both leave a circular, strange shadow below them. In conclusion I would say that the Fallen Lords use the mirror to bring back Avatars as Shades. Think about it, it is used to bring back long dead powerful sorcerers such as Avatars and Fallen Lords.
Also, I would like to clarify some things about Soulblighter. He is NOT a sourcerer. He was a former leutenant of Connacht's army, it states this in Myth TFL somewhere. Obviously, he must have been a great tactition and warrior to have gained the rank of Balor's right hand man. This leads me to believe that while he was weak in the Dark Majics of the Fallen lords, having no magical background, we weilds his weapon with skill and presision and executes his tactics and machinations with grim efficiancy. While other Fallen lords squabble, he plots.
Also, Balor can obviously not be brought back through the Mirror, since technically, he is still alive. As they said in Myth TFL, Balor can not be destroyed, by throwing his Head into the great devoid they have ensured that he will be falling endlessly and therefore be unable to return.
Milk Man's Questions: 1) "Source of a Hundred Poisens" why does the deciever have this instead of his true name? 2) If the Watcher was so powerful, why not resurect him instead of Shiver? 3) Is Soulblighter dead or just forever trapped in lava? 4) If somone found that temple with all the artifacts, wouldnt he/she gain an incredible ammount of dark powers?
