I don't have any specific belief as to who it is, since he's apparently not the faceless man, so i'll go through and see who can be eliminated and mb help someone else come up with the answer (who would be willing to share it).
Possible candidates:
The fallen lords: The head can't be Soulblighter, Damas, Ravanna/Shiver (let's not get into the one/two person debate again; it doesn't matter), or the watcher, for obvious reasons; namely that we see all of them with their heads on tight. According to forrest, it's not the faceless man (although the evidence all fits, as even he admits...interesting:)), and there isn't any evidence that would point to it belonging to the lurker(at least, i think that's the name we agreed on for the sixth one).
Balor: Aside from the rather goofy time-travel-through-the-great-devoid theory that somehow sprung up, we see him with his head. Having balor's head travel through time is just too big of a leap to make much sense.
Alric: Obviously not him. 'Nuff said.
Tireces/Moagim/Moagim reborn: Some of the evidence fits him quite well, such as him having been around for a long time but not having been seen recently. In fact, in the post where i hypothesized the head was the faceless man, i was going to have an alternate theory as well with it being Tireces/Moagim. One snag, though (and the reason i didn't post this theory): as forrest stated (and remember, he knows who it is, along with david bricker) the head formerly served as one of connacht's lieutenants, but this never happened with moagim/connacht; indeed, they were the leveler and hero of the same age. If anyone knows away to explain this, tell me: i'd like to know.
