Pointless yet interesting

I've just been checking out a web site for an up and coming MMORPG called Dark Age of Camelot (camelot.xrgaming.net).
In the various races available for players to choose from, I was a little surprised to see this one:

"Firbolg
Creating by breeding humans with giants, the Firbolg are larger than humans, are strong, hardy, and make great fighters."

You can choose this race if you make a character from what is basically Ireland. We did already know the origin of the name, but its pretty funkay that someone else has picked up on it.
