The Cycle. Again.

How convenient it is to trivialize the cycle into light, 1k yrs dark 1k yrs but Ive been thinking about it and my head hurts. I was reading Davids recommended thread at ancrik and they list the know ages thusly by Milky.

Ok since there seems to be some confusion on several aspects of the myth story... here are some clarifications:
[Ages

Axe Age (prehistory)

The Age of Reason - Light Age
Hero: Tierces
Leveller: Name Unknown

The Wind Age - Dark Age
Hero: Name Unknown
Leveller: Moagim

The Age of Light/The Wolf Age - Light Age
Hero Name: Connacht
Leveller: Name Unknown (dubbed Moagim reborn by scholars)

The New Age/The Sword Age - Light Age?
Hero Name: Alric (maybe)
Leveller Name: Balor

NOTE: An oddity of recent years is that THE DARK was supposed to win in The Sword Age, yet it was the Light that triumphed. There are two solutions, either the cycle is broken, the cycle has changed, or we haven't seen the last of the Leveller and Alric is going to die.

[Leveller Excecutions

The Age of Reason:
Beheaded and burned at the stake

The Wind Age:
Drawn and quartered (horses draw his peices "to the four corners of the world")

The Wolf Age:
Body destroyed by fire, ashes mixed with salt and remains burried under the Mountains of Kor (Untamed Lands)

Connacht's Achievments

A) Saved the world from the Myrkridia (who were still running amuck after Moagim's death)

B) Defeated the weakened trow and melted their iron cities into the ice of Avernus and the Twelve Duns

C) Defeated Moagim reborn

D) Attempted to break the Cycle of Light/Dark by sending Damas (who later became soulblighter) to secret/destroy the artifacts of power which he believed helped perpatuate the cycle.

In age the first Tireces killed a leveller. Well and good. The light then ruled for a thousand years before big bad Moagim (who some say is Tireces, I guess he didn't live all thousand years) okay so far so good. Moagim (or his army) is defeated by Connacht. But then up comes Moagim reborn whos name I suppose in unknown because we don't know the name of the previous ages hero. Who wins? If Moagim Reborn did (as per the cycle) How exarctly did the age in which Myth occurs (sword?) occur? Were we living in a dark age? If the wars only gone on for 17 years and the comet is once again appearing the skies we must have had another 1000 years since Connachts win/loss which must have been peaceful. I think Connacht was the one who fux0red the cycle, not Alric by killing the leveller who was supposed to defeat him as the general consensus is he wasn't killed just put into hiding.

Okay theres an error in here, I know it. Ive been mulling it over all day and I need you to read it and tell me where I made my mistake or im going to go (more)out of my mind. Thanks.
