Dwaven Baloons

The person writing down the journals is a person on a dwarven balloon. This is becuase there are possibilites which could limit units. I think the person is a writer much like Homer in a details of Trojan war. He sits on the great dwarven balloons and watches and records the battle as he sees it. This could explain everything and it could explain nothing.
