The interview's at http://www.cdmag.com/Home/home.html?article=/articles/031/111/myth-03.html, and the information is:
"The game centers on the story of Connacht the Wolf—a hero so great that he heralds in a new age for the world, the Wolf Age. Connacht's allies are none other than the very Fallen Lords from Myth: the Fallen Lords, when they were still champions of the Light."
and
"over 30 types of units; many of them familiar, plus a number of new ones—from Berserks to Myrkridian Pack-Mages, Trow Iron Warriors and Ghol Priests."
From the first bit, we can see that Connacht will be working with more than one Lord-to-be; almost certainly Myrdred and Damas, but who might a third be? Ravanna? Or the Faceless Man?
I'd imagine that Myrkridian Pack-Mages are simply giants who have focused more on their magic and less on their muscle. As for Ghol priests--guess the Stone Cold Ghol Shaman from the Fear documentation finally gets his place in the sun. :-)
Oh, and Phish zoomed in on some descriptive text in the screenshots and confirmed that Myth3 has Thrall. So the Watcher'll probably make an appearance.
