The Leveler's army

If there is a Leverler every thousand years or so I expect that to do the huge amount of damage that is required of it it will always need a large and powerful army. Balor had the Fallen and the Undead army but what of the other Levelers? I know one had the Makridya under his command but what of those before? And if you want to believe Creation Thorgo had those scary guys who freeze people and those Knights. But what of the others?
