AN Plug Update

Well, I think I've pretty much reached an impasse with the units. I might be forced to delete some that aren't Asylum regulars.

First off, no more units can have lightning attacks. I reached the maximum number of lightning definitions on great library.

There can be no more units with modified collection tags, in fact, I need to get rid of a unit with a modified collection tag as it is.
