Ok Im starting a new string simply because that old one got too long.

Here are the dark units for a Myth expansion, based in the future, that I, and other crazy folk have thought up so far.

Golems:

Clay Golems
These are small, crude, clay statues, about the size of a baboon, animated by magic much like Stygian Knights. They are act much like thrall as they are submersible, cheap, and slow.

Stone Golems
These golems are even slower than clay golems, they are inbetween trow and myrkridia in size. They are submersible, and invulnerable to all attacks except explosives (warlock fireballs are not explosives).

War Golems
When Alric died, he was entomed in a burning ship and send off sailing into the west. Gone with him were all artifacts that had been found during his reighn. When the leveler reanimated him, his face and body burned beyond recognition, he used tramists mirror to bring back souls of many of the nine, but instead of putting them into corpses as was common practice for Shades, he put them into the mighty iron War Golems. With devastating technology able to level a battlefield in seconds, and the considerable magic of the nine, these War Golems became almost unstoppable. (If you want to see what i have in mind for what these War Golems look like, pick up a Battle Chasers comic book, see Calbretto the War Golem?)

Walkers

Walkers
Hulking two legged beamoths made of iron, these trow-sized machines are much like huge high-tech Stygian Knights. However, such a small portion of the soul is not enough to power them. Alric goes through great pains to keep a select few captives alive, so that he may enslave thier souls and force them to work the mighty machines.

Elementals:

Water Elementals
These elementals look and fight very much like Shadow Elementals (Mahir). Unable to traverse land, they are marked by dark spots in the water. Thier hate for Mahir is so great, that the water itself grabs at Shadow Elementals as they traverse (explaining Mahir's extreme slowness when crossing water). Though weak, they are fairly numerous.

P.S. Maybe the Mahir can join the light because of thier hate of water elementals?

Fire Elementals
Fire elementals are shaped as sensual feminie figures, but glowing with heat and covered in blazing flame. They use long firefy swords to mercilessly slay thier enemies. Long ago they made the mistake of burning down a huge swath of Forest Heart. The enraged Forest Giants managed to defeat them in a thirty year war and trap them in firey monuments surrounded by magical pillars inscribed with ancient spells desighned to keep them trapped forever. However, Alric manages to free them and bend them to his will.

Bre'Unor
Alric uses illusions to trick the Bre'Unor into thinking he is the Avatar of thier god. The Bre'Unor join Alric's dark army as the primary range unit of evil.

Converted Units
Once Alric manages to sow the scattered pieces of the deciever back together (like a whight) and reanimate him, the Deciever swears aliegence to him and goes about bringing entire legions of the light's troops against thier own side.

Alric
Burnt beyond recognision and with a passionate hate for the inhabitants of the mainland, Alric radiates with the dark magics of the Leveler.

What else could we have? Prehaps some kind of fetch containment vessel? Dragons? Evil Migit Trow that sit on giraffe heads and throw pies?
