The Coming of the Comet

I've seen several references throughout the Asylum to the comet that heralds a great change in the Myth world. But one fact everyone seems to miss is that the comet only comes to announce the rise of a Hero, and is never mentioned as ushering in The Leveler. The comet is observed twice that we know of: 1) When Connacht "arises in the east" and kills the Myrkridia. (That's good.) 2) In the last year of the Great War, when Myth I takes place. That is the significance of the comet appearing in the Myth I cutscene behind Balor: it foretells his death, announces his doom. I always took this to be a bittersweet, ironic scene: the once great hero, standing exposed to the wind against the backdrop of the comet that once announced his ascension to glory and now issues his doom. The comet is never mentioned as announcing The Leveler.
