Can we still play online?

Ok now I'm really worried, will we still be able to play myth2 on bungie net? It's a pretty stupid question but I just bought the Total Codex and was looking forward to playing online when my modem broke(turns out 100,000,000,000, volts of electricity isn't good for it, it also turns out letting your brother log on during a thunderstorm isn't good) now I finally fixed it but now the mill is dead and and everyone's screaming about microsoft being evil( well, eviler anyway) so could someone please help me out?
