Need help in Sons of Myrgard level

I can't beat this level and i don't know why? I used Balin to kill most of the bad guys and got two dwarves I killed all the ghols I believe, how many times do waves of ghols come out of the caves? One more question how do I get to hte secrect level? I know I have to enter a cave but I don't know which one, any help would be gladly appreciate. Thank you for your time.
