Hi to all MYTH funs!!!

In MYTH 2 after the death of Shiver,what's happended to the Deceiver?
Also I don't know why the Forrest Giants (very sympathetic) are gone.They were the only unit that gave me "hope" to face the Trow.OK here we are allies with the Trow but I'love to see a battle with the Myrkridia Giants vs Forrest Giants.
