This is a theory of mine, perhaps Mazzarin is the faceless man! I know that there is a shade named Mazzarin in "The Watcher", but GURPS kind of contradicts that that was Mazzarin, and confirms my suspicions that he was just an avatar named after Mazzarin. Anyway, lets consider the evidence.
Mazzarin: GURPS says that most doubt that such a powerful man could be kept down for long, which means he's probably alive in some way or another, though no one has ever seen him. In gurps, he is put under the Title "One Other"
The Facless Man: Is not counted as one of the 7 fallen lords, yet is mentioned in the prerelease and shown in the comic. He is called the Facless Man, probably because nobody has seen his face.. who could he be under that hood? In a sence he is the 8th fallen lord, though not quite alligned with the rest.. in a sence he is the "One Other"
I know it's a stetch, but I myself am pretty convinced that Mazzarin is still lurking around thier somewhere under the title of "The Faceless Man"...
