So, everyone knows how the characters in myth are related to real history and legends and stuff, right. Have we found where Mazzarin came from? I was just doing my homework for history... shut up, I know. I really do have a life outside of myth. IT'S NOT MY FAULT.... uh, anyway, while reading this...
"Louis XIII died a year later, leaving his four year old son Louis XIV as king. Cardinal Richelieu had already trained Jules Mazarin, an italian born cardinal, to be his successor. Cardinal Mazarin ran the government until Louis XIV was 22 years old."
That name seems a little familiar... Eventually Cardinal Mazarin subdued a rebellion in France, and everyone was happy. I wonder why they chose that name...?
