The Head in Myth 1

With some attained knowledge from the Myth 2 Epilogue, I believe I have pieced together the head's true identity. It was one of the past Levelers, seeking for revenge against one of his old foes. The epilogue says that many fallen lords are ressurected heroes from a past age. Shiver is a fallen lord. Shiver was once a hero. One of the Levelers was split apart into many pieces by raging horses. It all comes together. The Head was a piece of that leveler, and it was somehow defeated chiefly by Shiver. Therefore, he told Rabican how to defeat Shiver, and Rabican made short work of the twisted Hag. He also must have wanted to find the Codex so he could enlist the help of the summoner when the time arose. If he had done so, and they had amassed an army in secret, the world would have been absolutely devastated. What happened to him? I have absoultely no idea.
