GURPS (spoilers, long)

It seems we were right about many things, but were dead wrong on points that threw off our whole world view. For some reason, we were never thrown bones except for the PiD-Great Devoid thing. This is rather strikingly different from how the Marathon fans have been dealt with.

--Things We Were Right About

Bahl'al is the Watcher

It heavily implies Myrmidons were once kin to the Berserks

--New Light on Old Questions

Fir'Bolg are not human, but are identical in every respect.

Bre'Unor may be human or Fir'Bolg.

The Fallen are identified as Balor, Soulblighter, the Deceiver, Shiver, the Watcher, the Lurker and the Voiceless One. There are notes that it is quite possibile the Voiceless One and Shiver are one and the same. This leads to difficulties as bad as before. Since Shiver and the Voiceless are listed separately here, and it is not a sure thing among Myth denizens they are the same, and they certainly didn't know back during the Great War and no mention is made of Fallen other than the ones listed, we must assume that Shiver and the Voiceless One were also separate on the Eidos page. This doesn't leave anyone to be the Faceless Man. Perhaps the Eidos page represents an earlier version of Myth's story. After all, it gets Balor's name wrong.

It is hinted that Mazzarin may still be alive and no mention is made of the Shade Mazzarin. The Shade section implies that Shades get that way voluntarily. Therefore, the shade Mazzarin and the Avatara Mazzarin are two different people.

Rabican whispered Moagim's name during his attack on Shiver not because it was part of the spell, but because Shiver's whisper dream was causing him to have a vision of Moagim mocking him.

The Fetch are definitely not energy beings.

Not all magic is dream based, but the powerful magic is.

The head is apparently the son of Wyrd and also apparently is the one who screwed up the cycle.

Soulblighter is apparently the one who let Dream of Unlife out of the bag. He taught it to human mages so he could make undead faster.

--Things We Missed Totally/Were Dead Wrong About

We seem to have totally missed the idea of reincarnation in all our earlier analyses. Soulblighter is referred to as a reincarnation of Damas.

There are also extra-life spells, which are somewhat different.

The cycles are different than we thought, but I won't go into this as others already have.

Those skulls on the Bre'Unors faces don't come off. They're magically bonded or something.

Mahir are ghosts.

--Oddities

It refers to Shiver's original form as "a gauzy appearance at once beautiful and bestial." This doesn't seem to describe her as seen in Tales from Myth: The Fallen Lords or the loss screen to a Traitor's Grave. Theories?

Thralls is used as the plural of thrall throughout the book.

Tramist's mirror is referred to as Trabist's mirror consistently.
