YEAH I HAVE GURPS MYTH!!!
READ NO FURTHER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPOIL GURPS MYTH...
First off, Beserks come from above the Cloudspine to the west of the Twelve Duns. They also inhabit the two islands to the north. Possibly maintained independance from Cath Bruig by voluntary service in the army.
Second, Gower is a human nation of hardy warriors. Possibly under Cath Bruig rule, but not likely.
Third, the Province is ruled by the King (Alric) who sits on the throne at Madrigal. The King helps balance the power of the Cath Bruig Emperor.
Fourth, Trow inhabit the Avernus and the Twelve Duns. Trow are all approximately 18 feet tall (I was closer than you were Joy) and weigh about 2700lb each. They also don't have to consume food to survive, but can digest it normally. They're cold blooded too, their prefered temp range is 25-140 degrees. GURPS MYTH hints that there might only be a score left alive after Myth II.
This last thing really doesn't have to do with location. Besides the D calling Shiver "Ravanna," she is refer to as Culwyeh by the Ghols. There is a reference to Wights as the messangers of Culwye. GURPS MYTH says that the Voiceless One's name was definately Ravanna. It hints that they might be the same person. That would make Shiver an ancient evil. Oh and the other Fallen Lord they named is The Lurker, a female who can control the weather and plants. Thats means if Shiver is the Voiceless One there is still one unnamed Fallen.
