Actually it wasn't anime. It was a photoshopped picture of an androgynous-looking young lady (?) in a white long skirt and nothing else, holding her fingers together in that Mr. Burns way that the Fetch do, with stitches where the skin was sewn back on and horns coming out of her head. It was creepy but tasteful and I recall it being rather hot.
And if you doubt whether this image actually existed or not, there's still a broken link to it on the journal entry for A Traitor' Grave, which points here to <http://www.vrabbits.com/humor/images/fetchsecret.jpg>, which unfortunately returns a generic VR image now.

Technically Fetch are alien females wearing the skins of men... so they probably look male to the undiscerning eye. I mean, Bungie depicts them as topless, and there's no jiggly bits showing, so... :(
