Damn that sucks that I accidentally posted under Forrest of B.org a few extra times after switching to Superfoborg. Having two accounts at 777 would have rocked :-)
Anyway, ,ore interesting statistics:
The most active day in the forum's history was the 16th of June 2002, with 396 new posts, followed closely by the 21st of November 1999, with 384 new posts. Both spikes were surrounded by roughly gaussian curves of forum activity.
By contrast, the 7th of September 2003 was the last time we had more than 100 posts here in recent history (oddly enough, right before I met my current girlfriend... wonder if there's any causation in that correlation).
In the past year we have received 211 posts in total (not counting this one).
The most busy day in the past year was the 16th of July.
This forum is 403 weeks old, with first post on the 23rd of May 1999.
Apparently my forum activity states are by week, not by day, so... all of the above is rather more rough than it would appear at first glance.
There have been 23,137 posts in the history of this forum. 23,138 now...
