Frankensein Computer God source

I didn't see this in the field guide, but I just stumbled across the apparent inspiration for the dwarves' quotes of:

"So, they've finally toppled the Mad, Deadly, Worldwide, Gangster, Communist, Frankenstein Computer God!"

and

"So, they've finally thrown of the shackles of Mad, Deadly, Worldwide, Gangster, Communist, Frankenstein Radio Earphone Slavery!"

These are bits of (or meant to imitate) the rantings of a kook known as Francis E. Dec, Esquire.
