Musinbgs on Myrdred, Bonesplitter, and Shiver

First, I think the name Myrdred may have been based on Myrddin, a name of Merlin.
Second, Bonesplitter sounds more like the name of a Myrmidon Avatara.
Third, Myrdred calls Ravanna "a lowly camp follower in Damas' vanquised army". It sounds like he means her now, but what if that is her origin? Could Ravanna have been an associate of Damas while he was meandering across the Untamed Lands? Could she have present with Damas when they found the ancient temple? Could they have been lovers?
Ewwwwwwww.
Well, any friendship between them may explain why Soulblighter resurrected her and not anyone else.
Or is it because of her not-dead-simply-disembodied state allowed Tramist's Mirror to work on her instead of, say, tyhe Watcher?
