Doug Zartman adds to the confusion

I just got this from Doug. I guess I'm not going to be asking Bungie much anymore. (Though he does have a point: in the tags, there's an object called "Watcher's other arm"). Anyway, here's his message (with the previous correspondance trimmed)...

I can both confirm and deny Juan's insightful comment. Who is to say the
Watcher only has TWO arms? The more copies of the Codex you own, the more
you will understand.
