A whole world of lost myth

Some of you older folks might appreciate this. I've plucked out a few of the last remaining Dead Links from my overstuffed Myth bookmarks directory and for anyone that cares, I've put a brief description on who/what those pages were about.

The obvious pages don't need any explanations, so I talked briefly about some of the obscure ones. Take a moment to look at what was once and now is.. like.. lost ::sniff:: Please post any additions or corrections you think are necessary... I don't want to be the Only old Fart around here who remembers this stuff.

Also note that I have a bunch of these stored as IE Web Archives if anyone wants to know more, alas however I wasn't smart enough to grab them all before they were shut down by their makers.

This guy was an expert with all the mucky hexing, but his web page was an old school grey text file with the occassional link thrown in to one of his other grey text files (or one of his utility downloads). Really, really way back.

Cartographers of Myth (CoM)

I'm sure we're all familiar, at least on some level, with these guys, if not for their contributions than for their controversy (creation vs. CoM).

Coven

This was the old order of St. Joan, Grump, and Wod'asini... I think. I used to spend some time on eve.rare-form hotline with her, Sarnac, and Mordia, who apparently was her friend/lover/husband.

Some down and dirty hex info for TFL.

Deacon Indigo contributed so much to the early TFL editing scene, words just can't do him justice.

"Roy Batty" had a load of stuff linked to his pages... he had a major resource for TFL Mac editing on these pages. He also wrote a few good programs like Myth Inspector and of course the indispensable Myth Extractor.

I met the owner of these pages on Hotline somewhere, long after programs on these now defunct links had become obsolete. I just don't know if this was a major resource for mapmakers.

For the life of me, I can't remember which order operated this list of programs for Myth editing... any ideas?

How the hell could we lose the Mill?

Where have they gone? Omg, dude... wtf?

MythMaker

Firechief wrote MythMaker, the hypercard stack editor you old schoolers might remember from way-the-hell-back. He also made Brimstone, which was supposed to be the all-purpose editor for TFL but for who-knows-how-many reasons, it fell through... the betas and development versions of Brimstone that I have aren't very functional.

This was a relatively new page of links and pure data about the series.

I don't know much about the people that used to run this page. But it's where I found the Twisted Mytal program beta floating around in the directory listing.

A guy called Aspirin (or was it Duct Tape?) made an app that popped out shadow maps for TFL.

Like Brimstone, this was supposed to be the one-stop-shop TFL tool. The team never put out anything after the second beta, afaik. This program appears only once on a Plaid news entry, and nowhere else on the internet... anywhere. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) It took forever to find, so it was like my Holy Grail for awhile. It appears I'm the only person left in the Myth community who even knew this program existed.

Some of you might remember Mizz... this guy put out LPGR Edit and MEEF Edit, and was working on an artifact editor called "Artifuct."
