Concerning Myth:TFL manual

Just a question concerning the manual of Myth:TFL...
If you look on page 15 there is a picture of Soulblighter standing there, wearing a flowing cape, holding a head in his right hand, and, in his left, carrying Balor's helmet. The head doesn't look familiar, but WTF is Soulblighter doing carrying around Balor's head? Was this supposed to be in the losing scene of The Great Devoid or what?
