Cath Bruig- just a nice-sounding phrase?

A little while ago, I was looking through some Celtic names and their meanings. Anyway, apparently, "Cath" is Celtic for "Warrior" and "Brig" (variations include Briec, Brieg, Brieuc and Brieug) means "High" or "Mighty". The Empire of the Mighty Warrior? The Empire of Mighty Warriors? Seems suitably Mythic anyway.
