Greygelgoog recently said that he don't believes Mjarin was the real Leveller, so I got an idea about the whole theme. Mjarin actually was the Leveller butnot only in the time of Moagim but always. Imagine yourself an immorrtal being that each 1,000 years it finds new great hero and corrupts him (Tireces becoming Moagim, Connacht becomes Balor) acting through him in his attempt to destroy the world, such being is Mjarin. So I came to a very interesting idea: Alric must have thrown the Head (a.k.a. Mjarins head) into the Great Devoid instead of Balors' head. So Alric mistakes and the Leveller isn't killed (that is why the Leveller always "returns", because the savior kills not the Leveller himself (Mjarin) but the hero the Leveller corrupted).
If my theory isn't true, Mjarin can't be the Leveller because the Levelleer must be always a savior hero that returns as the destroyer.
Knight o' Death.
