Nope never. Maybe he was about during the assault on the Cath Bruig empire since there would have been many humans in the Empire to kill while Sciron slept in his master's camp. It seems the assaults on Covenant were too quick for the dark to need to pitch camp and the Siege of Madrigal was too recent for Sciron to have been a legend of it (besides, we never hear of him).
