Some basic info

I need some basic info for the fanfic so here are my questions:

1. How long does actualy one cykle(or age) take?

2. How old are the forrest giants?

3. How many dreams are there?

4. How is it with the one dream(or how is it called) when all the dreams are reunited? I thinks it should end the cycle or something but i don't know for sure ...

5. When was Cath Bruig made?

6. Why are Herons long living? Are they not humans?

7. Who and from where are Myrmidons.

I know it's alot but all i ask is a short version.
