I have a problem with my e-mail.
When I try and read my new e-mail messages a box comes up that says

An Outlook Express store file may be damaged. Please use a utility such as ScanDisk to verify and repair any damaged files.
************************************************************
I have no idea what to do about this since when I try and run ScanDisk it thinks something else is running and some how interfering with it.
