: Soulblighter personally can be unhealed because his
: immortality is caused by self-mutilation. Unmultilate
: him and his enchantments go away. So he runs instead.
: In Myth II, he appears to have developed some sort of
: immunity to almost everything; it makes sense he'd
: develop an immunity to healing too.
That is all just a theory. But there is proof that my theory might be a right one or close to one. In the beginning of Myth 2 we see Soulblighter going after a Dwarf then leave when the Great Devoid is erupting. WE here no information about any of the Fallen Lords being hurt by healing. Yeah, I know someone won't just get close to a Fallen Lord and test that. The magic used to reanimate a corpse is used well on the dead. We know that the Myrmidons wanted to be immortal, and Balor or maybe some other Fallen (but I think it was Balor) used some magic to try to make them immortal, but it didn't work as expected. The Myrmidons had extended their lives, but it was uncertain for how long. They seem to be dying in a very slow way. Their bodies were rotting; if they were healed they would die. I would think that it was unknown how to make them immortal, and that spell might have been closest to that. Soulblighter manipulated himself to extent his life, but we are not sure for how long either. His method was different from the method Balor used on the Myrmidons. Myrmidons probably didn't want to use Soulblighter's way, maybe it would be like selling their soul to the dark gods, but who knows.
I just really don't think Soulblighter can get hurt by healing him or that he got immune to it. If you believe that why not believing all of Myth 3? What am i saying? I must be crazy for saying that... ;)
