Yeah, making Myth into a movie would be great. I am willing to help in what ever I could. If I become rich some day I will let you know to make the Myth movie. :)
I read most if not all of the posts about this topic, and I agree that there should be no love story. But to show the people leaving from their families to go fight is a great idea, and the other idea in a earlier post was to show Finn try to make Soulblighter stop and fight against Soulblighter at The Great Devoid. The part I don't think is right about that is originally this person said Finn would be Heron Guard, but if its during TFL then thats not a good idea. And having Journal/Battle/Journal/Battle is not a good idea too. But it is posible to have the journal writer be like a narator reading his journal while the battle. Of course I don't mean a warrior sitting in the middle of a battle to read. I mean hearing the journal during parts of the battle would be a good idea. And about the Dwarven Pathfinder... in the movie he should not be invisible; he should just be like the Dwarf shown in the cutscence of that level. Hiding.. sneeking around.... but not actualy invisible. The first movie should not be Myth 3 like someone posted earlier, it should be Myth TFL. I mean thats how we first learned about Myth by starting in the middle of The Great War. Maybe confused about somethings at first but later on understood them. Like whe I first saw my first wight. I thought : its a slowing walking zombie that looks harmless: I thought I would kill it without much harm. Boy was I wrong...hehe.. I could just imagine the audience seeing their first wight and then seeing some warriors going at it. Then that sound they make when they are stabing themselves was frighting when I first heard it. I was surprised. I thought OMG what was that. And maybe during the TFL movie have a jman have a flashback of himself as a Heron Guard before Muirthemne was sacked. Imagine that the audience will learn about Soulblighter among others and then see him return .... then see him as he was before beeing a Fallen Lord ... seeing him like Damas the Heron Guard Captain and seeing his human-side that they might have thought didn't have one. Seeing The Fallen Lords before they were evil and scary... back when they were begining to be friends (well some of them). So it should be in this order: Myth TFL, Myth 2, Chimera, Myth 3, and maybe a movie of an earlier Myth time or in the future. Maybe a movie of how and when the entity of the Leveller was born. A movie in the point of view of the Dark in another age. Maybe about the Trow's begining to present, including talked about Nxy and Wyrd. The Watcher finding the runestone of Unlife or whatever. Count me in people. :)
