Pretentia Mythica

Here is the outline of my Myth world theory which I mentioned in my other post. It is probably as riddled with holes as Swiss cheese, and probably rather annoying in its simplicity, but I like it nonetheless.

In the beginning, the galaxy was void, with thousands of independent Dreams spinning through it. From one of these, the world was born, and its people lived in its absolute chaos, without physical form, and wielding the ever-multiplying dreams of the galaxy. As the world slowly began to grow into a constant but far less bizarre chaos, there emerged among these people Wyrd, who desired order in the world, Nyx, who desired power among the world's people, but had to make due with indirectly manipulating worlds created inside Dreams, and the Dark Council, several of these people who delighted in creating worlds inside the Dreams, then tormenting their inhabitants in ways too horrible to imagine, until the Dreams burned out from this and they moved on to others. Wyrd called hundreds of Dreams to him, then, envisoning the world he wanted, ruptured the Dreams, which spilled out onto the world and began to form as Wyrd had directed them. All the gods save the most powerful (Nyx, Wyrd, and the Dark Council, were destroyed. Nyx and Wyrd were trapped in the earth, while the Dark Council shattered into hundreds of giant stones. Their power began to wane because of this imprisonment, but they were still able to wield Dreams. Nyx created the Trow from these Dreams, while Wyrd created the humans and dwarves (not counting those creatures in his original world plan). The Dark Council created the gohls, who worshipped their shattered bits, as well as the Mauls, Callieach, and Oghres. The unused dreams spiralled down to earth and bonded with it, most dividing and dividing to become millions of smaller dreams, which the earth's races used as spells, while some, like the worlds the Myrkridia and Fetch had been summoned from as well as the Tain's world, stayed intact. Wyrd and Nyx came into conflict as soon as their respective creations did the same, and rocked the world with their battles for centuries. Eventually, Nyx triumphed, and the Trow became the dominant species. However, the Dark Council soon contacted Wyrd and Nyx, threatening to shatter the world, destroying all life, if their lust for suffering could not be properly satiated. So Wyrd designed a plan wherein the world would grow through the cycles we know so well. This way the creations of Wyrd would survive, while Nyx would still be worshipped and the Dark Council (the Dark/Old Gods) could continue their dreams of destruction. Mere centuries after the cycle of the Leveller was set in motion, the gods lost all their powers, now sitting forever as mere observers locked in the stone.

Point out any discrepencies, and I will handle them.
