That island below Covenant is just like the one under Belfalas. Dol Amroth remains as the city it is in Covenant, and as the tower it is (like on the map, a tower-city like Orthanc, Minas Tirith, etc.) in that tower on the island. Come to think of it, thta is a BIG tower, so prob. 2 Dol Amroth coastal cities.
The Drowned Kingdom = Fornost, just underwtaer.
Like you said, Ermine = Mirkwood, just on diff. side of mountians, and Forest Heart = Fangorn, complete with Ents.
Probably more stuff, but don't have my map to hand, just memory.:)
