I played Forge again, and listened to the satisfying epilogue. I noticed something strange. The writer states that he is from Strand, and that he is going to compete in the Heron Guard tourneys. Does that make him a warrior? For a long time, I thought the writer was a derf, because derfs are my favorite units ;) and the only unit that appears in every level is the derf. I thought that since there were no warriors in the Tain, only Herons, that the writer must be a dwarf to first-hand describe the events.
And Zerks are eeliturit which disqualifies them to my mind. ;)
Could it mean that dorfs could be Heron Guards, or that the writer was a Warrior?
Or maybe the writer is a j-man who forgot to turn in his renewal card for the Heron Club and has to take the test again?
