Is there anything in Myth 1 or 2 referring to the population of any of the towns? I'd assume that the cities were pretty populated back in the days before the great war. I mean, 17 years of constant fighting and armies of 20, 000+ fighting men are still being issued south.
I'd also assume that, after Myth II, Humanity would be on the verge of extinction. Pretty much every notable Human settlement fell to Soulblighter in a matter of months. No time to reproduce or rebuild. Just a constant slaughter.
